At Mylk The Label, we want you to love your new wardrobe staples, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene stickers remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
